- Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent any moisture trapped between the packaging and the product from remaining. This can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
- Keep the drainage holes clear to allow excess water to drain away.
- The warranty is void if you drill or grind in a manner that is not prescribed.
- Annual cleaning by spraying the planter with clean tap water and treating it with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad for this. This will damage the coating.
